NOTICE OF HEARING
THE BELVIDERE TOWNSHIP PARK DISTRICT will hold a public hearing on the 26th day of
October, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Baltic Mill Annex, 920 West Lincoln,
Belvidere, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the
proposal to sell bonds in an amount not to exceed $1,175,000 for the purpose of the payment
of land condemned or purchased for parks, for the building, maintaining, improving and
protecting of the same, and for the payment of expenses incident thereto.

Public Act 97-0609
As required by Public Act 97-0609, employers participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement
Fund must make available the following information:
- within six days prior to approval, a list of employees expected to receive a total compensation package greater than $150,000
- within six business days after approval of the annual budget, a list of all employees expected to receive a total compensation package greater than $75,000
“Total compensation package” means payment by the employer to the employee for salary, health insurance, a housing allowance, a vehicle allowance, a clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days granted, and sick days granted.
