Field/Court Reservation Procedures
- All field/court rental reservations require a 72 hour rental notice and payment made at time of reservation.
- All field/court cancellation requests must be in writing and must be received 14 days in advance for consideration. Email all written cancellation requests to cvillarreal@belviderepark.org
- The permittee and their organization, members, guests, and invitees shall not enter, occupy or use the court/field until the time(s) and date(s) specified in the reservation permit

Field/Court Reservation Permit Terms and Conditions
- The permittee, their organization, members, guests and invitees, are bound by all park rules, regulations and ordinances pertaining to the use of Park District property. Permittee shall not permit any area to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purposes at any time. Permittee is solely responsible for providing any and all supervision at all times during permittee’s use of any Park District property. Further, permittee shall be responsible for ensuring that permittee’s organization, members, guests and invitees comply with all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to use of Park District facilities.
- The Belvidere Park District facility(ies) shall be left in a clean and orderly condition.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed in or on the Park District property at any time.
- Sound amplification devices, radios, tape decks, public address, musical instruments and the like are not permitted to be operated in a manner which may annoy other persons in the park or otherwise disturb the peace.
- Any permit granted may be revoked at any time in the discretion of the Park District, including, without limitation, for misrepresentation of material facts in the application, or violation of the terms and conditions on the permit, the ordinances, rules and regulations of the Belvidere Park District and the laws of the State of Illinois.

- Vehicles are not permitted on any of the Belvidere Park District paths. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
- Payment is due at time of reservation and reimbursements will only be considered 14 days prior to rental. All shelter cancellation requests must be in writing and must be received 14 days in advance for consideration. E-mail your cancellation request to: cvillarreal@belviderepark.org
- All fields/courts are reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis.
- Staples, screws, nails, or any other property damaging devices are not allowed for hanging signs or decorations.
- The permittee recognizes and acknowledges that there are certain tasks of physical injury to the use of Park District property pursuant to this permit, and the permittee voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity, that permittee or any of permittee’s organization, members, guests, or invitees may have (or accrue to permittee or its invitees as a result of their use of District property pursuant to this permit. Permittee further agrees to waive and relinquish all claims the permittee or any of its organization members, guests, or invitees may have (or accrue to permittee or its invitees) as a result of their use of District’s property pursuant to this permit.
- It is fully understood and agreed by the permittee that permittee shall fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Belvidere Park District, including its officers, employees, volunteers and agents against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising indirectly or directly in connection with or under, or as a result of this permit.
- This permit is specific to the permittee and may not be assigned to any other party.
- The permittee shall be responsible for and will pay for any damage to Park District property arising out of the use of the Park District’s property pursuant to this permit.
