PCF’s group adult fitness classes are designed to suit your lifestyle and level of fitness. Classes are structured to enhance your everyday activities and will strengthen your upper and lower body via exercises for cardio, back, core, arms and legs. They’ll help you choose the right program whether it’s advanced or beginner (low impact), with a variety of times to fit your schedule. Plus, there’s a Cardio Kick-Boxing class on Thursdays when you want to “kick it “ up a notch. Participants can attend any/all classes of their choice.

ALL CLASSES ARE HELD AT RIVERS EDGE REC CENTER and are 45-60 minutes long; include warm-up, workout and stretching. Registration only at Rivers Edge Rec Center.

EDA Classes

Classes are structured to enhance everyday activities for all fitness levels. Modifications are made for injuries and fitness levels. Learn how to strengthen your body from upper to lower. This includes cardio, back, core, arms, and legs. Classes are 45-60 minutes long and include warm up, workout, and stretching (TK). Code: 102173-01 • Classes are: MON-THU at 5AM, 12PM & 5PM, FRI at 12PM, SAT at 8AM. Thursdays at 5PM are cardio kickboxing • FEE: $80/month; will be auto deducted at the first of every month; $55/month college students • Dates: 1/2-5/31 Instructor: Crystal Solt

Low Impact Classes

Low impact for all fitness levels. There are no burpees and no push ups in this class. Classes include warm up, workout, and stretching. Low impact cardio, core and strength. Modifications are made for injuries and fitness levels. This class is for everyone! (TK). Code: 102173-02 • Classes are: MON/WED/THU, 6:15AM and 4:15PM. • FEE: $45/month; will be auto deducted at the first of every month • Dates: 1/2-5/31 • Instructor: Cindy Poulter

 


Classes range from extra gentle to advanced levels and are open to ages 16 and up with both beginning students and those with experience in yoga. Each student is encouraged to work at their own pace. Each class utilizes basic postures to build strength, stamina, and increase flexibility while improving balance and concentration. The class explores the relationship of mind, breath, and body. Each class ends with a guided deep relaxation exercise that releases mental and physical tensions held deep within, resulting in a sense of well-being, and peace while feeling grounded, balanced, lighter, younger, and centered (TK). Adult Co-Ed Volleyball

Join us for a co-ed recreational volleyball league. This is a 14 week season that will include a tournament at the end of the season! All games are officiated. Teams may consist of 6-10 players. Winners will receive their choice of a t-shirt or $50 off their next season (TK). Location: Rivers Edge Recreation Center • Min/Max: 4 teams/8 teams • Registration Deadline: December 30
