2020-2021 ALL DAY FALL CAMP Registration Now Open
(Grades K – 8)
As parents consider instructional options for back to school, we know that parents may also face numerous challenges with home school and virtually based learning, including difficulties monitoring progress with the online virtual environment.Belvidere Park District is providing a Fall Day Camp. Currently, at Seth Whitman and Washington Academy only. This will allow for smaller groups of 12 students with 2 dedicated staff members monitoring their engagement with the online curriculum. This is not a tutoring program but oversight for children working with online curriculum. Hours: 7:30am-6pm; Seth Whitman and Washington Academy only (SS)

Important Fall Camp Details
- Daily snack and beverage is provided.
- Closed when school closes due to weather.
- Scheduled early dismissals are included in daily fees.
- Care available to all District #100 Elementary Schools. Sites are located at Seth Whitman and Washington Academy only. Families have option to attend at site of their choice.
- All registration forms must be completed and submitted 24 hours before a child’s first attendance.
- Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first paid basis.
- In the event of a late pick-up after 6:00 pm a $10 per 15 minutes late fee will immediately apply.
Registration will be daily. Your child must be registered for the week by Wednesday at 11:59 pm prior to the week attending. Your child must be registered and paid in advance to attend the program. There will be no options for drop-ins. *If school is canceled due to weather, you will not receive a refund. A household credit will be applied to your account for each day due to weather. If needed, you will be responsible for registering and paying for any Emergency School Days that are added to the school year due to weather cancellations by the Wednesday prior to the week of attendance.
The Registration Deadline is the Wednesday at 11:59 pm prior to the week of attendance. Registration can be done completely online. Once you have registered your child, an email will be sent to the email listed on your household from ePACT, an online emergency form system. All information must be filled out and submitted before your child’s first attendance.
1. Payments made at the time of Registration:
No automatic payments. You will come into the Rivers Edge Recreation Center at 1151 W. Locust St. or online by the Wednesday before the week of attendance to register and make your payment in full. Cash, Check*, or Credit/Debit Card accepted.
2. Installment Billing Payments:
Automatic payments from your credit card or bank account on the Friday the week before attendance. In the event this date falls on a holiday or non-business date, this payment would be deducted on the next available business date. Credit/Debit Card or Checking Account Withdrawal* accepted. After two repeated payment rejections, you will be removed from the installment billing payment option and be required to pay in cash for weeks enrolled by the Wednesday at 11:59 pm before the week attending.
*A $35 NSF Fee will be assessed to the household account due to insufficient funds.
School’s Out Camp
Our goal for the School’s Out Camp is for children to have a fun and safe place to go when School District #100 has school improvement days. This program is open to all elementary age students. Breakfast and an afternoon snack will be provided. Activities will include arts and crafts, games, rock climbing, outdoor activities, and more. There will be no field trip on school improvement days. Your child must be registered by the Wednesday at 11:59 pm before the week attending. Your child must be paid and registered before attending. Paperwork is due before the child attends. If your child currently attends 3rd Base/Fall Day Camp, no additional paperwork is needed. Registration can be done online at belviderepark.org or in person at our River’s Edge Recreation Center.
