Special Recreation – Early Childhood
Early Childhood programming sets out to offer children and parents a fun opportunity to learn and socialize with their peers. Not only will relationships be made between peers, but parents will also be able to connect and learn from each other. During Early Childhood programs, children will engage with staff and their parents in social, hands on & imaginative play, and gross & fine motor skills. These skills will allow them to grow and become more independent individuals through recreation and leisure. While participating in Early Childhood programming, children will also gain experience with peers & skills which will assist them in the transition to school age activities; in recreation and educational settings.
