At the Belvidere Township Park District, we believe every child deserves the chance to participate in recreational programs, regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why we’re proud to offer the Financial Assistance Scholarship (FAS) Program, which provides support to families in need while encouraging active and engaged youth in our community. Thanks to the generous sponsorship of First Mid Bank & Trust, this scholarship helps cover registration fees for a wide range of youth programs, including sports, fitness, arts, and specialty activities offered by the Park District.
Currently, the FAS program is accepting applications for eligible families to participate in Park District programs starting January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early applications!
